made a comment of the original post sharing here as well it's just my opinion of course ^^:

well the pc will generally win out on the graphics. but you need a top 15-20% pc to utilize that graphical edge, (i7 7th gen or better cpu, and a 1080ti or equivalent graphics) to outperform the new generation of consoles.
So yea if you have a PS4 or newest gen Xbox your not going to have a bad experience, but there's settings for the pc that will be able to blow away the consoles every time, any day, and that's the beauty of PC Gaming ^^, and if aesthetics is your thing. shelling out for top of the line pc's is generally the way to go.
Not sure what the specs are for "ultra high" settings running at 120fps for this game but it's probably up there.
