Windows 10 sucks, I got an update a couple months back had it messed everything up, the only account that really works is the admin and you can barely do anything on that, I had gpu stutter so I went to update the drivers and it deleted the old driver to do so with that said, I've tried factory reset and it gets half way and says there was a problem. Any advice would help

Boot into safe mode with networking enabled. Should be able to do it that way.
