Personally i wouldnt play on less then 16 if you want to run mods.

It would run it,as have had 8GB before, but better too have more, Currently playing only Ark and this is official so no mods, and at nearly 10GB on system usage. No other programs (only Discord and TS) open

Ive played it with 4gb of shit ram very low settings but play with 8gb of good ram on high settings now.

Yeah so you need to "build" it and make choices of what you want inside. Ryzen is one of the newest processors and tbh if you dont know your pcs your better off going for something slightly older and cheaper thats still top of the market

i use 8gb of ram and it runs fine on decent gfx, i have a gfx 970 so more ram def helps but should be fine
