That's retarded. The only abilities that should be hackable are passives that require a button to activate or anything on a cooldown. Scoped fire is neither.

Iunno. I could see the shots charging a bit slower or something, but I think not being able to scope is too much. There are usually more worthwhile targets to hack anyways.
