Overwatch generally puts you at people close to your own skill level

it seems like it half the time, honestly. Never in one game have I ever gotten too many people that refuse to switch off of tank or too many people that refuse to switch off of healer.

The reality is that if you were that much better than them they wouldn't be in your games.

And tbh as long as you're not dumb (right?) the dumb people should be on the enemy team more often than on yours. Like leaving. I don't leave games, so I know that there's only 5 potential leavers on my team, while there's 6 potential leavers for the enemy.
