Liquid is more for overclocking, if you dont plan to do that just buy a decent cooler.

unless you dont do a "custom" loop people just buy them to say hey! I have liquid cooling, if you plan to go further like gpu ect ect then a custom loop is required.

NZXT kraken x62 for best. Deepcool captain 240ex is also good, but not as good as NZXT but cheaper

If you delid most things will work. If you don't and you want 5Ghz you'll need something substantial.

NH-D15 or a custom loop. You gain nothing outside of aesthetics going for an AIO.

Air coolers have a quicker drop off in load temperatures and are quieter while offering the same if not better performance as an AIO.

Also - even if you don’t overclock you want watercooling. Lower temps mean longer lifespan.
