Where does one go to find trustworthy admins? Like is there a way to test people before subjecting them to your hard working servers?

No admin ego willing to help players had experience won't spawn a bunch of stuff in willing to advertise to help with server population sometimes a test of the person isn't bad

Find someone who already plays on your server. Someone who has invested time there will have a lot more care for the population, and longevity of the server.
