The eyes are quite disturbing

It’s ambitious, but ultimately fails in my opinion. Anatomy and proportions are off and makes the piece feel awkward to look at. Brigitte looks like a plastic doll and lacks personality. D.Va is ok, and looks like the artist has had more practice drawing her and is more confident in how to draw her. The coloring is good, and the focus shift between foreground and background is done well.
