Well I'm forza horizon 3 on ultra I'm hitting 30fps on a 1080 but I am only using a TV so that is probably why it's locking at 30

I get about 190fps in Overwatch epic settings

A 1070 can push a solid 60 Fps on ultra Witcher 3 @1080p
