We run a dedicated server on ps4 & we are trying to transfer our players over to ragnarock.

Is it possible to transfer your character over from one server to another if both are owned by you? Can't seem to upload our survivors in to the OB.

Yes you have to link the servers togther on ark cross and then set all downloads to allow

Do you have uploads allowed in the ps4 settings??

You need to have uploads enabled then you can upload. Youll have to log back to main screen right after uploading kill your server then bring it back up running rag make sure allow download is checked and good to go

If youre on the island, run them through the tek cave and it will upload their character

If you need a stepping stone or a place for storage find Thefallen server. We have it opened up to accept downloads and uploads.

You have to actually shut character upload off on it to have the "upload character" option. On the dedicated I mean. Took me forever to figure this out. If you have it enabled it says "transfer survivor" instead.
