We are playing pve legacy on server 556.
I have been looking for otters for 2 days.
In the lakes, near most rivers , couldn't find one.

Anyone where to find them ?

Kill all fish in their spawn location then check again. At first I found them hard to find, now.I have 32

Check the river by the redwood forest

If you are in ragna next to green ob theres 2 lakes divided theres otters there
