That doesn't really make much sense. The longneck is a primitive rear loading single shot rifle. The AR is a magazine fed, how would you even load tranq darts into a magazine.

Well, I don't know. I think it doesn't really save time cause you either have to wait for the torpidity to go up as usual or spam an insane amount of darts into it to get it down faster.
But I think, it's very risky to use a AR for tranqing, cause you could easily hit the Dino if it did go down already imo.
