Bruh....time to upgrade but if you have to oc it i used to have a phenom 1st gen and it didn't oc much you will see gains from ocing the northbridge

Step one: buy a better cooler. Step two, use Google and YouTube and stop looking for people to spoon-feed you, there are plenty of resources out there, use them.
