Urg. Can someone walk this old man through crucible chat. Text and to get the headset going. Also fireteam chat. We had to use blizzard chat today cause we stupid.

99% of the community doesn’t know how to use a keyboard and won’t use any of the in-game chat methods.

Your best option 100% of the time is to download discord, it is currently the most universal chat system for gamers and uses very little bandwidth so it shouldn't tamper with your gaming. 99% of this community uses it and will ask you to have it for raids, PvP, strikes, etc.
