So you have 324 power level ? Try to farm engrams from raid and you get like 327 or more

You've hit the soft cap. Only way to get higher power level gear is to do raids or weekly milestones for powerful engrams.

Drops will only go higher when you hit max. Then they will fluctuate from 325-330. Until then, 324 is max you will get aside from powerful drops.
