Think I may have convinced the wife to let me build a new rig (sold my last a few yeara ago and regret it) this year (maybe). Here's hoping GPU prices will start to normalize im the next 2-3 months. Planned build listed below.

EDIT: Already have a CM 212 cooler that I never used. Build is constantly evolving to to keep the build within a certain price range.
