Don't forget about when drivers lie about delivery attempts. Had that happen several times when living in an apartment building.

The whole apartment delivery thing sucks ass... On Fridays they'll drop shit off at the apartment office, so I have no way to get to it before waking up for work, on rainy days they'll drop it off at my front door, and when it is marked as fragile and most definitely will not fit, they'll put it in the parcel locker.
