Make sure pcie isn't disabled in bios

Unplug power supply, pull bios battery for 20 seconds, cross fingers.

Does it show up in the bios? Does it show up in device manager? I'm assuming you installed the drivers and it said, "Cannot detect GPU".

8 or 6 pin power plugged into it? PSU able to power it?

Did you recently upgrade you're gpu

I found that stroking the power supply prior to booting works sometimes also try pressing the power button with your nose

This just happened to me and it was because I upgraded the GPU with new installed drivers.
