So I barely tapped my computer and it shut off and won't turn back on again, it's not that it won't boot it's that when I press the power button nothing happens so the little light that says the power supply has power to it is still on and the motherboard green light is still on but my power button doesn't turn it on or anything

Turn the psu off. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. Turn the psu back on and try turning the pc on.

Clear cmos, take the battery out of the mobo. Also unplug the psu and let the pc sit for a few mins, also check if your mobo isnt touching ur case cuz it might be shorting out
