So, does anyone else hear a really weird noise on the courses? It almost sounds like a kid runnining with a stick against a fence. I gets loud in some areas then soft in others....

It's the new tantrum sound effect, that people are using with their characters.

Ya they added two actions for your character you're hearing the tantrum action or something else

The other two sound effects is from the lobby avatars HSG OOB and WI. Think the tantrum might have been in HSG WI.
