what is Net Neutrality - its the internet today all sites accessible and games are playable
Comcast and Time Warner Cable want to abolish Net Neutrality meaning you'll pay for the websites you frequently visit rather than internet access itself
example: you only visit Facebook Youtube and Google so you pay $5 per month to access those websites but Games and Porn wont be accessible or become slow as fuck unless you pay additional money to access those
