Is it casual cosplay or a legit skin? How familiar are you with cosplay and the processes for wig styling/sewing/makeup/etc?

surprising enough according to my cosplayer friends, Dva's cat costume is actually much easier than her default one because you can easily find goth loli gowns, you just have to add some minor details to it to look like the cat dva version the only other thing you really need to worry about are makeup and hair styling, goodluck~

Get a Jinx hoodie, a headset from etsy, and draw her whiskers on with lipstick. Done and done.

Go to your local junk yard. You're gonna wanna find two old Volkswagen bugs (You'll want early 2000's models, since they are more spherical than the older ones). Cut the wheel wells off, so you have two half circles. Remove everything but the drivers seat, steering wheel, and pedals in one car, and completely gut the other. Weld them together, attaching the bottom of each car to one another, so you have a sphere.

Next you're gonna want to swing by home depot. Grab yourself some pink spray paint. While you're there, pick up some sheet metal and metal pipe to make the legs. Pick up some kindorf to reinforce the legs.

Now build and attach the legs to the welded VW Beetles. Spray paint that bad boy pink.

This thing is gonna be heavy, so we're gonna connect the legs to the axle of the car that still has all the controls and motor. Make sure when you attach the legs to the axle, you do it so they're staggered. This way, when you hit that gas, they'll both move opposite of one another, just like you're walking. If you connect them both at the same angle, you're gonna end up either constantly bunny hopping, or just falling forward.

And PRESTO. That should do it. Roll up to Blizzcon 2018 in that bad boy and win the cosplay contest.
