+1 for Haswell build. I've had a 4790k for 3 years now and still have no reason to upgrade. Other than that, I would have opted for an air cooler if that is a locked cpu and put the money towards a better monitor. Probably a 34" 1440p.

8/10 IMO. Locked cpu with an aio cooler -1 for me and cable sleeve extension to match build -1. Overall, pretty sweet build but could be better. Again just my opinion.
