Yes ... go to game .. check servers they only have 2 cross ark servers I think

From what I can tell atleast.. the steam version and windows 10 version are two separate games. I guess I just answered my own question as ive come across the store where they will be selling it and it still says "Coming soon"

Well I mean they'res already cross ark servers for Pc to play with Xbox one. I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter where u buy it from wether it's steam or windows as long as it's on Pc . I would google it tbh
