if this is the omen that doesnt have the gtx1070, then get the xbox. imho. i ave the omen with the i7 and gtx1070 and i like it more than my xb1s

An Omen with an i3 ... My HP is not even an Omen, and even I have at least an i5. Do yourself some more research on the market, and see if you can up the power a little bit.

But otherwise, if you are set for that particular model, then yes, it would work with any TV, as most PCs rely on DVI or HDMI connections these days (VGA is near obsolete nowadays). But as stated by someone previously, the likely-hood of your PC supporting 4K resolution is very slim, if you do not have the Graphics output to run it, as well as some other factors.

I use my tv sometimes for 2nd screen and I’ve used my tv when I was waiting for my monitor to come in
