It's time for new thermal paste.
Use liquid metal.
Grizzly Conductonaut is a good brand.

I'm suggesting liquid metal because it never really dries up.
The only time you'd need to replace it is if the liquid metal somehow becomes ajar from the GPU itself.

OK my bad... It wasn't reaching 108°c it was running at 108% power...... What a retard
