I fed some revolver from a Powerful Engram into the one I use two weeks ago, so I scrapped it. It wasn't even a masterwork...

Yeah its not a rare gun. I've had tons and tons of them. Used them to upgrade other hand cannons, even tore some down for gunsmith parts, and still have one on each of my three characters.
