Hello! I have created a Destiny 2 Team Finder for PC on Discord. It isn't meant to be used now, for obvious reasons, the most obvious being that Destiny 2 isn't released on PC yet (expected release date is 24/10/17), but I am releasing this server to the public to get ready for Destiny 2 and to test.
It currently has 10 raid channels, 10 crucible channels and 10 strike channels with alot more features and channels to come. Enjoy!
