i got this laptop for almost nothing second hand
But i can't even watch youtube 480p without lagging
Anyone know how i can get it a little faster?

Changing the OS will likely be the best solution. Win8.0+ seem to run slowly on old/slower speed hardware, and going backwards helps speed things up again.
