If it is aircooling, then yes. If watercooling, then not. What kind of CPU is there?

Look for max. For example: u have min 40c, max 80c and avg 60, it's normal with aircooling.

The max is the max recorded on that software, the max it should get to though is 80, so make sure the maximum doesn't go over that or it could damage your processor

Your current temp is the current temp AVG is the average temp (depend on minimum and maximum). The current temp is the one that always changes in real time.

Current and max, both are important. The point: should not be too high temp.
