Look like a Compaq Contura 430c, but i had the AZERTY keyboard on mine. Traded it to a friend because i didn't see any personal use for it. What i hated the most from it is there's no built-in sound chip, while my Toshiba 486 DX4 75Mhz do have one. The Compaq Contura i had is a DX4 100Mhz with 24mb of RAM if i remember (8mb built-in + 16mb proprietary RAM card installed). Though the fact it have a trackball on it is nice!
