Only the high end mobo has built in wifi and Bluetooth athor than that you need to buy external .....card or usb

they do sometimes, but even if you have to drill a hole in your flooring to string cables to a basement, its worth it, not hard to do, and doesnt affect the value of your house if you do a good job of it
