How do I make dinos spawn in higher then level 150? What setting is that? (Examples of stats if possible.)

Overide difficulty. Set it at 10 for 300.

Mine is set to 8 change the difficulty plus the override, max dino for me is 243 and 304 wyvern

Wyvern only get plus 40 levels. So your max dino is 263

Yeah on regular max dino is 150 wyvern are 190. The difference between them doesn't change.
