Need some help.

Trying to install a game on Steam.

My internet speeds are fine but when I go to download, my Network Download speed drops to 0 and won't go up....

Tried the first few steps? Restart computer/modem.

if that doesn't work move to command prompt Run/CMD and do the following commands.

ipconfig/flushdns

Ipconfig/release

Ipconfig/renew
