i changed a setting from bios and now my cpu is always 3.6Ghz . i dont remember that settings . help me plz . and is it ok if the cpu is always at 3.6ghz ?

Is it stable and what are your under load temps? You may have activated the boost mode.

Assuming it's overclocked, this is pretty normal for it to say it's constantly at that clock speed (According to my friend anyway)
Your temps and the stability of the PC are more important here.
If you're reaching 90C or your PC shuts down when it's stressed then you have a problem, turn the clock down.
