But it cold be the cpu power not plugged in. Aswell I can't really see if it is or not. But I had one do that before because of that. Was a new build my friend was building and he called me and asked me why it was doing that.

Remove cmso battery and all your devices for 10 mins then try placing devices one by one and boot your pc
