My laptop has a small c drive and a larger d drive. Everytime I want to install something it wants to go to the c drive. How do I change the default to the larger drive?

make a downloads folder and put it on your big drive, tell your browser to download there. steam will ask you which drive to install to each time. origin can be set to install on a different drive. as for everything else your just gonna have to deal with changing it every time you install something.

this is why i tell people to get aleast a 500g ssd to, argue with me all you want the extra space is useful, esp seeing some downloaders dont let you change the root directory it installs to.
