My damn gigabyte b700h psu is buzzing what can i do to fix it and also i can hear the noise in headphones

That sounds really bad, if it's buzzing and there isnt something caught in the fan, that means that electricity is likely discharging somewhere, probably into the case. Worst case scenario, the whole case goes live at mains voltage, goes through your headphones and scrambles your brain. But your parents would have a very interesting lawsuit with gigabyte, though they might be able to prove you were negligent by your facebook posts and throw out the lawsuit.

Lol, even worse. Macedonia mains voltage is 230V, US is only 120V

Yea ik so if i use us voltage will it be fixed or i will fry it i have the adapter for us voltage i used it for my xbox

There should be a little switch on the back of your PSU that says 120 or 220. Make sure it is set to the correct one for your outlet. If that doesn't fix it, get a new psu.
