MEET CONCEPT
Called "Most Wanted". Its based off the NFS Most Wanted final pursuit. One person is designated as the Most Wanted, and with a 10 second head start, has to get to X location on the map while everyone else is in cops trying to stop them

RULES
Most Wanted max power: 900bhp
Cops max power: 650bhp

Cops are allowed to fast travel ahead but the most wanted must not. They can hide if they want to, but no fast travelling.

The Most Wanted must use sim damage is busted when (s)he reaches 0 mph/kph

Once busted we shall take turns to be the Most Wanted
