in diamond and above your individual performance won't do this anymore, until then I recommend working on your playstyle to perform better so you gain more and lose less

Pretty much what Dylan is saying is do stuff to pad your stats instead of always doing what you're supposed to. It's ridiculous that performance based SR is still a thing for platinum and below

Padding your stats isn't going to help if you don't win. If you work on aim/survivability/ult combos etc. then you're gonna climb faster. Idk if you're playing DPS healer or tank but each has things that determine how effective you are and blizz is going to give you more or less SR for it.
