Looking for some advice on a $200 build for a friend, used parts (except maybe PSU) this will mainly be used as a general use computer, something that will last and serviceable that can play The Sims 4 decently, not going to be saving, it's only going to be $200, thinking 1st gen i3/i5 or AM3/AM3+ and a 750Ti.
