Kraken X42 not pumping

One of our systems has been using a Kraken X42 since June of last year. Today it started reporting fluid temps in excess of 100. Checked the motherboard when BIOS and it's reporting the same temp as the CAM software.

The pump lights up and the fan is spinning, so I guess the pump died. Just submitted a support ticket to NZXT on this issue.

Anyone else have experience with their RMA process, good or bad?

Cut the loop of the AIO and send a pic of it (include a time stamp) and send it to one of the staff. But before doing it make sure to tell them that your AIO's pump isn't working properly/anymore and wait until they suggest you to destroy your current AIO
