Is there any cheap and decent GPU's that aren't freaking $400? It's for a budget build, was planning to use "Asus - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB Turbo Video Card" but It's a $460 card in Australia. (4GBs the minimal)

1030 is not a bad choice for a budget gpu. Just keep your settings and expectations low lol. Msi 2 gb on newegg is $85 usd.

Dx12, gddr5, pcie x4. In theory wouldn't that free up cpu lanes for faster m.2 speeds?
