Important PSA! If you are a PC gamer on Windows 10 and are up to date fully, Game DVR has a known bug that causes game stuttering for even the highest end PCs! An update to address the problem is coming in the Fall Creators Update coming in October, but until then disable Game DVR if you're not using it! It WILL cause stutter, I myself have witnessed both the bug and the fix working in Fallout 4, so I know this is a real thing. Will be experimenting with Game DVR on and off with Deus Ex Mankind Divided this weekend and will report back results of stutter or not.
