If I add an aberration server to my current nitrado rag server, can it bet set to only allow transfers/downloads between the two? I have player downloads on but don't really want players to be able to bring stuff/dinos in from other nitrado servers.

You generate a “Cluster ID” on 1 server, and copy paste it to the other server. Then transfers are only possible between those two servers, which have matching unique ID

U can’t make it full cluster bc u can only transfer out of abbernation map not into example u can’t transfer griffins into abbernation but u can transfer a abber creature out like the glow pug
