That depends entirely on the application. Extremely low resolution, low detail scenes that the GPU can render easily will become limited by frequency of the platform (cpu/cache/ram) that said, it really doesn't matter as you won't find a monitor fast enough to perceive the issue. It's a useless term, one component will always be the limiting performance factor before another and depending on the application it could be either.

There is not enough information in this post for us to tell you whether or not your CPU will limit your GPU's performance. but largely speaking that is a fine combination.

Stock it bottlenecks a bit but not a lot but you can easily overclock it s bit further
