I was able to find time today to finally find the solder points to put LEDs in the Switch Pro Controller, next will be the See threw JoyCon.

Good luck on getting them in the joy-cons, I was going to put them in mine/daughters when I did the case/joy-con case swaps, even had some of hand held legend’s super bright LED’s, but there is about ZERO room for them in the cases ............. if you figure out a placement I’d sure like you to post it, so I can try it out

So I was playing with the pro controller, and I just realized I put the wrong thumbstick back on it. (Right thumbstick in picture)

I have changed it back now, but now I know Xbox One thumbsticks work.
