I see a lot of discussion about the GTX1070 vs 1060 etc. Have I messed up by getting the 1050?? I still >120 fps and stuff

If your FPS and performance is where you want it to be don’t let anyone tell you that you messed up

Get what you can afford and what plays the games the way you want. To be honest most of the time you won't be able to tell the difference unless your a die hard fps competitive player. If ya playing sim city the difference between 60 and 300 fps won't matter that much.

Don't upgrade until you start seeing your performance drop. If it runs what you play then you're good.
