i need some help i bought the nzxt hue + i plug it in the hues light is on i plug the connectors in it turns but on only one led is working there were 2 for each? any ideas im currently updating the hue plus drivers.
PLus one of my leds came with a connector pin broke off

update: it will only power one led at a time they all work except the one but for some reason its like the lights wont connect to each other

This doesn't make any sense, when you say "1 led" are you trying to say 1 strip?

There's an arrow on the extensions if you're using them, it has to be pointing to the 5v input on the strip when connected.

i got them working now but now i am having an issue with one strip is not showing on cam but works for certain features
