Dont want to be rude but you are most likely at the ranking you deserve, your teammates might make other mistakes then you but you are making mistakes just as bad.

Stop looking at your teammates mistakes and work on your own, getting carried to higher ranks is really uncool

Teams are trash in solo queue, Jeff addressed it himself.
I'm not looking to get carried, I'm looking for a consistent squad to run with so I don't have to solo queue in low gold.
